7 takeaways from Coursera’s (Wharton) People Analytics course

Having recently completed the course and having some free time, I thought it might be a good idea to pen (or type, rather) down some of the key takeaways from this exercise. A key and pivotal topic going into the new age of HR and way of working we are all facing, I find the points extremely applicable in our line of work, even at times outside of analytics specifically as a practice. Therefore I will attempt to provide a simple summary, in my own words, of the key points for your insight and hopefully, application.
